Breakthrough Session:

In a Breakthrough session, I help you look at your life, especially any challenges that you are dealing with, and the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that you have, in a way that is often radically different from the way you were taught to view your world.  For some, a session confirms much of what their own inner wisdom or awareness has been telling them.  For others, the information they receive is completely different from anything they have considered.

A Breakthrough session may also involve releasing the energy stored in your mind and body that is attached to a particular trauma or challenge in your life.  This is not about "fixing" or "healing" the trauma or problem.  Rather, it is about releasing the issue at its root cause on an energetic level.  As "woo-woo" as this may sound, it is profound and has resulted in life-changing transformation.  This process  is simple, gentle and effective.

These sessions are powerful and can result in tremendous changes in the way that you view your life.

Each session is approximately 60 minutes and is recorded.  Sessions can be done in person, over the phone or via Skype.  You will receive a copy of the recording.  The cost is $150.

QuickStart Program:

This program consists of four (4) weekly sessions.  It is perfect if you desire rapid results in a specific area of your life.  Each session is individually suited to your specific needs.  You will receive training in how to manage your energy so that you have less stress and more presence and awareness.  

You will have unlimited email support during the program.

Each session is approximately 60 minutes long.  Sessions can be done in person, over the phone or via Skype.  The cost is $395 if paid in full or $200 per payment if paid at the start of the program and before the third session

 

Recreating Your Life Package:

This package  provides a total of six (6) sessions individually suited to your specific needs.  Each session may involve one or more of the following:  Transformational Coaching, Art of Feminine Presence training, as well as other tools and techniques designed to help you tune into your own wisdom and awareness.

This package is ideally suited to the woman who desires to create transformational change in several key areas of her life.

This package includes unlimited email support.

Each session is approximately 60 minutes.  Sessions can be done in person, over the phone, or via Skype. 

The cost is $570 if paid in full or $195 per month if paid over 3 months.

Becoming Your Best Self Program:

This is an incredible six month program that provides twelve (12) sessions individually suited to your specific needs.  This program has similar components to the Recreating Your Life package, but the main focus is on developing your own inner wisdom and awareness.

Unlimited email support is included.

Sessions are twice a month for 6 months.  Each session is approximately 60 minutes and can be done in person, over the phone or via Skype.

The cost is $1,095 if paid in full or $190 per month if paid over 6 months.

Guidance for Your Business Session:

This is one of my favorite types of sessions.  I have 20+ years of experience working with small businesses and as a result I truly understand the challenges faced by small business owners.  I also understand the unique challenges experienced by those starting or growing a business in the spiritual, transformational or self-development industries.

In the session, I open my intuitive abilities in order to access Universal Consciousness.  I am often amazed at the practical, down to earth advice that comes through during a session.  For example, one client asked about her advertising budget.  The answer was, "It is important for you to continue to have exposure in various publications.  However, it is advised that you cut your advertising budget in half and do smaller ads."  How is that for clear and specific?

Another client received specific information on who she needed to market her services to (it wasn't who she thought!), why they were her Ideal Client, and how she needed to market her services.  At the end of the session, she commented, "In the past hour, I've received more information on how to market myself than I ever have during a session with my business coach."
 
These sessions are available in-person (if you live in the Columbia, SC area), or via phone or Skype.  A typical session is 45-60 minutes and is recorded.  You will receive a copy of the recording.  The cost is $150.
 
Monthly Program:
 
Each month, you will have a 30 minute one on one session customized to your specific needs.

You're in charge!  This is a one year program.  Your needs will vary month to month, so you just need to let me know 24 hours prior to each month's session what you'd like to focus on.
